Ingredients:

Turmeric, annatto seed, coriander seed, dehydrated pepper, Illicium verum, Foeniculum vulgare, clove, cinnamon, dehydrated garlic, amomum tsao-ko, black pepper, nutmeg.

 

Usage:

Curry powder is used to marinate meat, fish, seafood, eel and frogs, cooking the curry or frying dishes in order to make delicious dishes.

 

  • You can use 10g curry powder for 300g of meat or seafood, season them about 15 minutes before cooking.
  • You can also use curry powder for vegetarian dishes.
